Brush and flail machine
The brush-and-flail machine is a technologically improved analogue of the scourge machine with a higher degree of grain surface cleaning. Due to the effective design of the movable rotor part, precisely selected kinematic characteristics, the degree of roughness of the sieve surface, the brush-and-flail machine perfectly cleans the grain not only from small impurities and dirt on the surface of the grain, but also polishes the surface of the shell, removes beards, torn particles of the shell, dust in the grooves. This significantly increases the whiteness of the flour and rids it of unnecessary inclusions and a gray background.
At the same time, the grain shell as a whole is not damaged and after milling has a marketable appearance in the form of familiar bran, which is not typical when using deep grain cleaning machines such as a peeling and grinding machine and a debrander.
